Lil' Kim posted six selfies to both her Instagram and Facebook page on Sunday, but not all her fans were feeling her look.
The 41-year-old rapper,
also known as Kimberly Denise Jones, simply captioned the images:
"Miami heat," and later shared a video of her hanging with friends at
the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami, Florida. Not long after the pics were
posted, fans started accusing Lil' Kim of bleaching her skin and getting
more plastic surgery.

"What the hell??? This ain't Lil' Kim," one
Facebook commenter wrote, reacting to the selfies. "Ladies, always love
yourself no matter what skin color you are!! You're still beautiful!!"
"Lil' Kim needs love, support, understanding. Not shame and judgement," another fan commented.
"Dark skinned Lil' Kim was perfection… I don’t know who this woman is anymore," added another.
After all the responses to her pics, Lil' Kim
shared some flashback photos of herself with the late Notorious B.I.G.,
along with a not so nice message. "I was gonna post this pic for
#SuckAD**kSaturday‼️ But #SuckAD**kSunday will have to do!" she wrote.
"Happy Sunday! Me and my b**ch @cnvshaka the Gabbana Girls."

While many fans were shocked by Lil' Kim's
selfies, others threw their support behind the hip-hop artist. "She’s
still beautiful and super sweet!!" one commenter wrote.
In 2000, Lil' Kim spoke to Newsweek about her appearance, admitting that she has a "low self-esteem" when it comes to her looks.
"Guys always cheated on me with women who were
European-looking," she told the magazine. "You know, the long-hair type.
Really beautiful women that left me thinking, ‘How I can I compete with
that?’ Being a regular black girl wasn’t good enough."

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on September 8, 2012 in New York City.
Lil' Kim also opened up about getting breast
implants. "That surgery was the most pain I’ve ever been in in my life,”
she said. “But people made such a big deal about it. White women get
them every day. It was to make me look the way I wanted to look. It’s my
body.”
