An angry man with a swollen penis has taken his wife to court because he felt violated by her approach to the sex game.
62-year-old Zimbabwean man, Butholezwe Nyoni, who is married to a relatively young wife, Martha Nyoni, 36, narrated tearfully in court how his wife left him in stitches because she’s always pinching and squeezing his “balls” whenever she’s horny and needs sex from him.

“Your worship this woman troubles me a lot, demanding s-ex. I dread going home because she always wants more than enough,” said the prosecutor civil court.
When he turns her down, she tries to excite him in a kinky manner.
“When I refuse she squeezes and pinches my balls. As a result I have developed an erectile problem. I can’t satisfy her because my balls are always swollen,” he added.
He just can’t take it no more.
“I am fed up with her and I request that you grant me a protection order so that she stays away from me. I have endured enough abuse,” he said.
In her defense, Martha said Nyoni was covering up an affair.
“He is lying your worship. He developed that problem long back. The problem is that he co-habits with another woman whom he has a child with, that’s what we always argue about,” she said.
The magistrate on circuit, Stephen Ndlovu, granted the pair an interim order and instructed the two to go for counseling and come back on 30 September.

Kelly Ochuko, a guy who works as security, has been arrested for raping a 24-year-old lady, Tivere, while she was returning from a vigil at Prophet TB Joshua's Synagogue Church of All Nation. The incident took place around 2am on Mutiatu Street in Ikotun, Lagos State.

The victim, Tivere, had travelled to Lagos from Delta State to participate in the midnight programme. At 2am, she left for her lodgings when 27-year-old Kelly Ochukwo accosted her. The guy who was employed by the Igando area guards, allegedly threatened to harm the victim with a cutlass.

She yielded and followed him into a nearby building where he "did it" with her...

After having carnal knowledge of the 24yrs old, Ochuko was said to have pleaded with her to marry him, and he exchanged phone numbers with her that night.

But after being freed from him, the victim approached some policemen she saw at a junction and narrated her ordeal to them. The policemen plotted with Tivere to call Ochukwo to see her off to the park where she would board a bus back to Sapele.

The unsuspecting Ochukwo came out to see off his "sweet lover", only to be arrested by the police.
He was arraigned before an Ebute Meta Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, on 2-counts of rape. Ochuko pleaded not guilty to the charge and elected summary trial.
Magistrate Ms Badejo-Okusanya granted him bail in N50,000 and adjourned the case till March 4, 2014.

A former hair stylist for Nicki Minaj is suing the star for $30 million (£18m), accusing her of selling wigs based on his designs without permission.

Terrence Davidson began working for the rapper in 2010, creating multiple wigs for high-profile events and her Super Bass music video.

Davidson claims he had previously discussed a joint business venture with Minaj to launch a line of wigs.

Representatives for Minaj have yet to comment on the legal action.

niki minaj

Davidson says the star is now copying his wig designs and selling them online.

According to legal papers filed in Atlanta, the hair stylist says he also turned down a contract for a reality TV show on the advice of one of Minaj’s representatives, with the promise of creating his own reality show with the star about being a celebrity wig stylist.

But after months passed in 2012, he claims the rapper and her team “took active steps to isolate [him] and preclude him from the notoriety he deserved for his wig designs”.

Davidson – whose celebrity clients also include singers Patti LaBelle and Jennifer Hudson – stopped working as Minaj’s stylist in early 2013, citing creative differences.

Christopher Chestnut, a lawyer for the hair stylist, said his client’s wigs “significantly contributed” to Minaj’s notoriety and helped her rise to fame.

He said the star “took a number of his popular wig designs, without his consent, and used them to start her own wig line”, resulting in at least $30m in losses.

“Her lawyers may complicate it, but we don’t need to get into intellectual-property law. “This is basic American morality. Nicki Minaj lied to this man and cheated him,” he said.

It is unbelievable, but it is a fact. What residents of Ajeromi Street, Ayedun Quarters in Akure, the Ondo State Capital experienced last Monday will not be forgotten soon.

They woke up in the early hours of that fateful day only to discover that the Well that is serving the entire community of about 3,000 inhabitants had been polluted with human faeces and other substances by an unknown person.

The development threw the whole community into confusion as people began to ask questions on who could have been responsible for the act.

Many residents and passersby described the development as “Mysterious” saying that such had never happened in the past 18- year that the Well was dug.

Observers around said it had been offering the purest water to residents in the vicinity.

By the time DailyPost visited the scene, the Well had completely changed colour with human faces floating on the surface.

Many who could not stomach the messy odour oozing out of the Well withdrew, while few people
peeped through with suprises as the incident caught many people unawares.

When contacted, the owner of the building, Alhaji Rabiu Layiwola, expressed consternation on the development, describing the act as sheer wickedness.

He however pointed accusing fingers at one of his tenants simply called “Mrs Toyin Oluwarotimi” whom he alleged to have been instrumental to most unruly acts in the premises for the last three months.

Layiwola said the unwarranted behaviour of Toyin coupled with her nagging attitude with other co-tenants and neighbours were enough reasons to link the mother of three with such act.

He recalled how Toyin was at loggerheads with another co-tenant, Ifeoluwa Rasaq early that month, and all efforts made to reconcile her with the man ended futile.

Layiwola,75 years, said he was compelled to refund her one year rent in order to pave way for peace in the premises.

Toyin reportedly parked into the building November last year.

She however, denied all the allegations levelled against her by the landlord, threatening
to sue anybody who attempts to smear her reputation.

Apart from the Landlord’s case against her, other co-tenants and neighbours are accusing her of incessant troubles which had invariably become a matter of concern to people in the vicinity.

Eye-witness said the aggrieved residents who were fed up with her attitude sparked off and attempted to force her to drink from the well, but the timely intervention of notable persons in the area saved the situation.

Meanwhile, there was a twist to the development when a 14-year old girl, Nafisat, a younger sister of the 31-year suspect, willigly confessed that her sister was culpable of the crime.

Nasfisat, an apprentice in a nearby Hairdressing Saloon openly told the crowd that it was her sister who actually committed the atrocity in the early hours of that day.

She however pleaded with the people to pardon her.

The evidence volunteered by Nafisat led to the arrest of Toyin who was subsequently detained at Okuta Elerin-Nla Police Station.

At the Police station, Alhaji Layiwola said he dug the well in 1996 when he started the construction of the 10- room apartment.

According to him, he came in contact with Toyin four months ago when she was in search of accomodation.

Layiwola said he consented to her request following the intervention of another woman who accompanied her to his house and happened to be well-known to him.

The Landlord said Toyin had committed a similar offence in the area which almost led to her
attack by irate youth, but for his prompt intervention and that of other landlords, he was saved.

He maintained that she was the one who committed the offence, threatening to seek redress in Court for attempting to cause havoc in the community.

The Police Spokesman,Wole Ogodo confirmed that there was a case of a tenant who defecated and poured it inside a Well from which tenants and other neighbours fetch water for drinking and other purposes.

According to Ogodo, the case was reported at Okuta-Elerinla Police Station in Akure. He said while the suspect has been arrested.

Ogodo confirmed that the suspect has reached an agreement with the Landlord to dig another Well in place of the polluted one.

General Overseer of the Tower of God Ministries, Imo State, Pastor Cletus Nzekwesiri and some executive members of the church including three co-pastors, last Sunday, engaged in a free-for-all fight over a cow offering brought for thanksgiving by a member of the church.
A witness who disclosed this to LEADERSHIP said the show of shame between the self-acclaimed men of God which occurred at the church premises located at No 1, New Orlu road, Egbeada/Akwakuma in Owerri North area of the state immediately after the church service left the wife of pastor Nzekwesiri (Helen) who tried to separate the fight bedridden.
According to the witness, two members of the church had brought a goat and a cow to the church for thanksgiving and when pastor Nzekwesri attempted to untie the cow from where it was tied, three of his co-pastors, Elvis Nwachukwu, Ikechukwu Nwogu and Victor Joseph were said to have descended on him, beaten and tore his cloth.
The general overseer was said to have been almost strangled to death before his wife raised an alarm but that was not before he was said to have received a broken head and his wife was also alleged to have been hit with a broken tile on her leg by one of the pastors.
When LEADERSHIP visited the church on Tuesday which is supposed to be the church’s counselling day, the place was under lock and key with no members in sight.
When LEADERSHIP later met pastor Nzekwesiri who was still nursing wounds he sustained on the head, he corroborated the witness’ account but only added that the cow was not the genesis of the fight.
According to him, the pastors involved in the fight wanted to relieve him of his position as general overseer, adding that for the cow, he only inquired from the co-pastors in whose custody the cow would be before they descended on him.
Meanwhile, one of the pastors, Nwachukwu, when contacted, claimed that pastor Nzekwesiri had been suspended from the church seven months ago for his alleged immoral ways of preaching especially not condemning abortion.

FORMER President Olusegun Obasanjo has said that he should be held responsible for the travails of the Rivers State Governor, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, before and after the 2007 governorship election.
Obasanjo explained that rather than blame Dr. Peter Odili, who was Amaechi’s predecessor, the state governor should realise that he (Obasanjo) was fully in charge and responsible for his (Amaechi) woes.
It will be recalled that Obasanjo surprisingly denied Amaechi the PDP governorship ticket during the build up to the 2007 general election in Rivers State, declaring the Ikwerre-born politician’s case as having a K-leg.
K-leg is an euphemism used by Obasanjo in 2007 to describe the reason why he did not give Amaechi the governorship ticket.
The matter was later resolved by the Supreme Court, which declared Amaechi the governor of Rivers State.
Speaking on Monday in Eleme Local Government Area while inaugurating some projects executed by the Amaechi administration, the former President added that he had no apologies for taking such a decision seven years ago.
“I want to acknowledge your courage. I phoned the governor; I hope he will remember and I said, ‘Governor Amaechi, don’t take anything against your predecessor because whatever decision was taken about you, hold me responsible, not your predecessor because I was the one fully in charge.
“So, if anything has been done because I took a decision that I believe is right, that I believe I should take when I took it, I have no apologies. This is because I don’t take decisions lightly.
“When I have to take decisions, some that I find very important, I fast and pray before I take them. I ask for God’s guidance and direction,” Obasanjo said.
On Amaechi’s governorship ambition that was declared to have a K-leg, the former President argued that since the Supreme Court had delivered its verdict in favour of Amaechi, the issue of K-leg had been resolved.
Recalling that at a time, he was one of those that felt the Supreme Court’s verdict was awkward, Obasanjo said those who were not satisfied with the ruling should wait for the judgement of the ‘Supreme Being.’
“The governor talked about K-leg. I believe that as a leader, when I have something that requires action, that action must be taken, otherwise I am not a worthy leader.
“A report came about him, which indicated K-leg, and I said yes, there was a K-leg and as a result of the K-leg, what was could not continue to be what it was. Rotimi (Amaechi) did what is required in a democratic dispensation; he went to court to straighten the K-leg.
“I am one of those who when he (Amaechi) got the judgment or the verdict found it awkward. I did not voice it out publicly, but I found it awkward. Awkward in the sense that how can a man who has not contested an election, a man who has not been voted for be declared the governor?
“But I mused about it and people went to a higher court. I think he (Amaechi) took it to the Supreme Court and in the Supreme Court, he won. As far as I am concerned, that is the end of the K-leg.
“If anybody is not satisfied after that, he has to wait for the judgement of the Supreme Being up there. So, the K-leg has been straightened; not only that, after his first term, he (Amaechi) contested and won with a landslide. Then what K-leg are you talking about again?”
He, however, advised public office holders against using their time to cover the achievements of their predecessors, adding that those in power should endeavour to correct the errors made in the past by their predecessors.
He praised Amaechi for his efforts towards developing the state through the execution of infrastructural projects, saying, “I feel proud that by association, I am part of the work you are doing in the area of infrastructural development, particularly education and road transportation infrastructure.”
Earlier, Amaechi said that he brought the former President to Port Harcourt to showcase what he had achieved in the past seven years. He described Obasanjo as a good leader.
Amaechi pointed out that he got the idea of the model school from Achimota in Ghana while he was in exile in the West African country.
“Each of the schools has a capacity of 1,050 students and two persons per hostel room, equipped with such gadgets as computer and other facilities,” he said.
Projects commissioned by the former President on Monday are Chief G.U. Ake Road, Ken Saro-Wiwa Road, Elekahia-Rumuamasi Road, Okporo Road, Model Primary Health Centre, Akpajo, Songhai Farm, Afam Power Station and Ambassador Nne Kurubo Model Secondary School.
Meanwhile, Obasanjo has told Amaechi to ignore his detractors and concentrate on delivering the dividends of democracy to indigenes of the state.
Obasanjo said this at a gala organised in his honour in Port Harcourt after he inaugurated some projects on Monday.
The former President said that he was not in the state for political purpose but to see the developmental strides of the governor.
He said, “What we have seen in the rural areas and area of infrastructure is worth believing and on the basis of this, I will say that you should not worry about what people who do not like you as much as you would want them to.
“You should worry about your conscience, your God and those who voted for you. If your conscience tells you that you are doing the right thing, keep doing it.”

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, disclosed today that fasting and praying are critical tools needed by leaders to lead their people saying he does it before taking any critical decision.

He made this statement while delivering a speech at the ongoing commissioning of special projects of the River State Government, led by Governor Rotimi Amaechi in the state.

Obasanjo who commended the efforts of the governor equally praised his wife for her supportive roles.

“You are the only person who can tame this man, I thank you for what you are contributing to his success and works in Rivers state.” He concluded

The Anambra Police Command confirmed the gang rape report saying a suspect has already being arrested while efforts are on to arrest other gang members of the security men that raped the innocent and harmless girl.

They denied the allegation insisting that that they only took the ones that fell from the tree.

T.A Orji
T.A Orji

The incident happened Saturday at Okpara Square, Umuahia, Abia state, the venue of the rally which was designed to officially declare Governor T.A Orji’s Senatorial ambition ahead of the 2015 general election.
The deceased who was identified as Mr. John Ndubuka, a planning officer with the Abia State Government House Umuahia as well as a Personal Assistant to Mr. Chinedu Orji was allegedly shot on the chest by a policeman attached to Chinedu on his order over a minor disagreement.
According to eyewitness account, Chinedu, the self acclaimed Governor of the state, was said to be angered by the utterance of his late PA over a minor issue, and in a display of his usual unruly and criminal behaviour he ordered his police orderly to shoot the late aide.
The witness who described Chinedu as a junkie told our correspondent that this is part of humiliation Abians received daily from the governor and his family.
According to him, the incident would have been avoided if not that all civil servants were ordered to attend the rally or get sacked.
“The Director of Administration Government House, Mr. Francis Ihedioha mandated every civil servant in Government House to participate in the political rally or be shown the way out of Government House. We the civil servants actually came out to save our jobs not necessarily because we are in support of Ochendu.
“No sane Abia man would ever support the governor’s senatorial ambition. All these groups that called themselves Umuahia north, Umuahia south and Ikwuano youths are impostors; crowd of sycophants and paid hirelings who see this as easy way of making money. What do you expect? Of course they must survive.” He said.
Another civil servant who spoke under anonymity wondered what the governor has achieved to deserve commendation saying that T.A was Chief of Staff for eight years, Governor for eight years and instead of development, Abians deteriorated below beggars.
“Do we have dearth of quality representatives in Umuahia Senatorial District? If T.A Orji felt he has done well to deserve our votes, why is he organizing a rally to lobby us and why is he forcing people to attend?  Our colleague would probably be alive today if not for the forceful directive given to all civil servants to come out and support the governor or get sacked. Ordinarily nobody will come out for this show of shame. He is the one who sponsored these so called groups with fictitious names.” He said.
The City Reporters gathered that all efforts to save the victim did not yield any result as he was confirmed dead on arrival at the Federal Medical Centre FMC, Umuahia by eight-man medical team of professional doctors who were on ground to attend to him.
However, we can authoritatively report that the beleaguered Governor, T.A Orji has been making frantic efforts to cover the incident which was reported by the state owned media as a mere accidental discharge which is being investigated.
Majority of the people who spoke to us decried the humiliation Abians have been subjected to, by the actions of the Governor’s son, since his father took over the mantle of leadership. They however called on the Inspector General of Police to investigate the unlawful and unprofessional behaviour of the Governor’s son and his orderly respectively.

BURNT-ROBBER-1
A man suspected of being an armed robber has lost his life after being beaten and burnt to death by an angry mob. The incident occurred in the Amakom area of Ghana, near the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi. The deceased was believed to have belonged to a notorious gang which had terrorized residents of the area. The gang is said to have engaged volunteers of the community’s watchdog committee in a battle in the early hours of Friday morning. Some residents who spoke to Ultimate Radio say they heard gunshots at dawn, suspecting there was a shootout. “If we get three of these and burn them I think they will stop” a relieved resident told Ultimate Radio’s Nana Oye Diabene. “I live in this very area. This dawn I heard several gunshots and I suspected it was a robbery. I couldn’t even sleep. So I wasn’t surprised to see the guy burning this morning. The robbers have been terrorizing us in this area. Sometimes we are forced to get home early. They are always attacking us, and they will stab and shoot you if you attempt to struggle with them”. “Just yesterday afternoon, a guy nearly attacked my friend and me so I am happy they are arresting them. I believe the burning of the suspect will serve as a deterrent to others. I am the one who swept the area where the guy was burnt. I cleared his sandals and a pair of trousers. I suspect he is a young guy” a woman narrated to Ultimate Radio. Another male resident said “I support it because they are disturbing this area with guns. Sometimes they chase people around 5:30am and search their pockets. Sometimes around 7:30pm after football games at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, they just attack people. So I think the burning of the suspect is in the right direction” he stated. Asokwa Police Commander Superintendant Nana Nyamekye Adane –Ameyaw told Ultimate Radio police had the information at about 5:30am reporting the incident. He said upon arrival, the deceased was on fire but could not be saved before the arrival of the fire service. He said information gathered so far by police indicates that the suspect, who was part of a gang of criminals was overpowered during a shootout between some suspected criminals and the residents. According to him, the suspect who had been severely beaten threatened a comeback to fight the residents, a situation that infuriated the residents who set him ablaze. Superintendent Nana Nyamekye Adane –Ameyaw told Ultimate Radio it took a Good Samaritan to call them to the scene but the suspect whose body had been charred beyond recognition could not be saved even with the arrival of the fire service. He says investigation is ongoing but the police for now have not identified the deceased as well as the mob that carried out the action.

An Abuja Federal High Court on Friday discharged and acquitted a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole, after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission could not  prove a 16-count criminal charge bordering on a N9bn contract scam filed against him.
Justice Evoh Chukwu, in a ruling on a no-case-submission filed by Bankole after the prosecution had called its witnesses, held that there was no evidence linking the former speaker to the alleged offences.
The EFCC had accused Bankole of perpetrating a contract fraud, involving the purchase of two Range Rover bulletproof vehicles; two Range Rover vehicles (without bullet proof); three Mercedes Benz S-600 cars; 400 units of DSTV systems; 400 television sets; 800 units of desktop computers; 100 units of Sharp digital copier; and 400 units of HP LaserJets 2600N.
The addresses presented by the companies which executed the contracts for the procurement of the items turned out to be false as well as other information provided in their profiles.
The anti-graft agency alleged that most of the purchases were contrary to Sections 17 to 56 of the Public Procurement Act No.14 of 2007, and punishable under Section 58(5) of the same Act.
With a private lawyer, Mr. Festus Keyamo, prosecuting the case, Bankole was arraigned over the 16-count charge, to which he pleaded not guilty.
However, the trial proceeded with the prosecution calling six witnesses, including officials  of the National Assembly, to testify.
After the prosecution had called its last witness, Bankole, through his lawyer, Mr. O. Akoni, SAN, filed an application for a no-case-submission, asking the court to acquit and discharge him on the grounds that the EFCC had not established a prima facie case against him.
Ruling on the no-case-submission on Friday, Justice Chukwu stressed that, in order to prove the case against the former Speaker, the EFCC must prove that the “accused person (Bankole) colluded with the supplier or contractor to supply at inflated prices.”
He held that the anti-graft agency was unable to prove such. The judge further noted that witnesses brought by the prosecution all admitted that Bankole was not the chief accounting officer of the House.
Justice Chukwu added that all the witnesses also admitted that the contract for the purchase of the controversial items followed due process.
He said, “All the witnesses told the court that the procedure for the award of the contract followed due process. None of them showed that the accused person entered into a collusive agreement with the contractors or their agents.
“The accused person does not own any of the companies,” he added, citing the testimony of some of the prosecution witnesses, who told the court that investigations did not disclose that Bankole was a shareholder, director or signatory to any of the companies that benefitted from the contract.
Continuing, the judge held that the prosecution did not provide any evidence to prove that Bankole benefitted from the contract.
“In the totality of the evidence of the prosecution, there is nothing to show that the accused person acted with intention to defraud – there is no evidence to show that he selected the companies that were awarded the contract.
“There is no evidence to show that any of the companies were fronting for the accused person.
“There is no evidence to show that the accused person was a director or a shareholder in any of the companies.”
On January 31, 2012, a Federal Capital Territory High Court headed by Justice S. B. Belgore, had freed Bankole and his former Deputy, Ibrahim Nafada, of a criminal charged involving an alleged mismanagement of N38m.
