Ijaw youths declare 7-day mourning for Sekibo

Yenagoa— Ijaw youths have declared a seven-day mourning period in Ijaw nation over the sudden death of the President of the Pan-Ijaw group, Ijaw National Congress, INC, Senator Tari Sekibo.

Rising from its emer-gency executive council meeting, Thursday in Yenagoa, the IYC in a statement by its President, Udengs Eradiri and spokesman Dr. Agagha Clarkson, de-clared that aside the seven days mourning, a minute silence must be observed in hounour of Sekibo at all Ijaw functions.”
