Bianca Ojukwu appointed as APGA national leader

Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, wife of the former leader of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), late Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu, has emerged as the new national leader of the party.
The rival group led by Maxi Okwu   appointed the wife of the former leader of the party at the national executive committee meeting.
Rising from it’s national executive committee meeting (NEC), the faction said it has reconstituted the Board of Trustees of APGA and that the new BoT with 24 members will be inaugurated at its maiden meeting in two weeks time in line with provisions of the party’s constitution.
While reading out the communique of the NEC meeting, the Acting National Publicity Secretary, Stanley Chira, said the party resolved during the one year anniversary of its late leader, Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu that his wife being the next of kin should replace him.
