CHRIS Brown is getting slammed for calling the ongoing Ebola crisis “a form of population control” on Twitter.
“I don’t know ... But I think this Ebola epidemic is a form of population control. Sh** is getting crazy bruh,” wrote Brown online.
After the 25-year-old singer made the controversial remark about the outbreak centred in West Africa, some followers called him an “idiot” or “stupid,” while others went as far as to suggest he “should try it.”
Shortly after receiving backlash, Brown proceeded to say he should keep his mouth shut from now on.

“Let me shut my black a** up!” he wrote on Twitter.
The controversial tweets had not been deleted as of Tuesday morning.
Ebola has killed more than 4,000 people, according to the World Health Organisation, with most victims in Liberia. Some 41 UN staffers in Liberia are now under observation.
One person in the United States, Thomas Eric Duncan, has died from the horrific disease.
On Saturday, New York’s JFK Airport began screening passengers arriving from Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone — the region’s hardest-hit nations.
Passengers who do not cooperate could be quarantined for up to three weeks.
