It was learnt that the father of the missing kids, Moshood Mubo, who is additionally the suspect's spouse, had raised the alert and reported the case to the Adeniji Adele Police Division on Friday, October 3.

Then again, after the suspect's capture, she admitted to have kidnapped the two children from Church Street, Lagos Island where they existed.

She further admitted to have additionally slaughtered the more youthful, tyke, Nofisat, by pushing her into soakaway next to a mosque in the Orile territory.

He said, "I wedded Aminat in 2010. So as to maintain a strategic distance from an emergency at home, I leased a loft for her at Mosalashi Street, Alakara in Orile. She has one and only child for me. His name is Yusuf. She doesn't come to Church Street, Lagos Island where I live with my first wife.

"What happened was that on the nighttime of Friday, October 3, when I came back from work- simply a day to the Sallah festivals  I sent the two youngsters to go purchase scones before the road. That was around 7pm. We expected them till around 9pm. I was stunned. I immediately raced to the Adeniji Adele Police Division, and reported the occurrence.

"Trust me, I and their mother, Funmilayo, couldn't rest all as the night progressed. We were strolling around for the duration of the night from one police division to the next, rehashing the same thing. The entire Sallah festival was a pitiful one as I searched for my two youngsters. Much to my dismay that it was my second wife who sneaked into our range to kidnap them."
