Mum In Court Accused Of Raping Daughter’s Teen Boyfriend

A woman from Massachusetts allegedly raped her teen daughter’s boyfriend and also raped the boy’s twin brother. Heather Salines was charged with a new count of aggravated rape of a child days after the second teenager came forward.
He was 14 years old in February 2014 when the 39-year-old mom assaulted him, prosecutors said.
She pleaded not guilty to the new charges on Tuesday morning, days before she planned to take a guilty plea on Friday for her 2014 relationship with her middle school daughter’s on-and-off boyfriend.
The Saugus mom admitted that she had sex with the 15-year-old twice after he opened up to her about “how he lost his mother at a young age.”
Her lawyers slammed the new allegations from the second twin, questioning the timing: The brother came forward just two weeks before Salines was set to take that guilty plea.
“My client was ready to take responsibility for the first set of indictments,” Salines’ attorney William Korman told the Boston Herald. “We completely, uncategorically deny that anything happened with the second child.”
Saline was arrested last year for her alleged March 2014 fling with the first brother. She told police she swapped indecent photos with him after they had slept together.
“When I looked at him, he did not act like a 15-year-old,” she told police at the time. “He acted like a grown man.”
The boy suggested the hotel room rendezvous, she told police, because his on-again, off-again girlfriend — Salines’ daughter — was always at Salines’ family home.
The second brother claimed he was raped a month before his twin.
A joint case is set to begin in August.
