
Yussuf, who was a substitute for Mansfield at the time of the reported incident, was thought to be on the sideline warming up alongside Plymouth substitutes Louis Rooney and Ben Purrington.
The 23-year-old striker from Zanzibar is has been accused of walking in between the disabled access stand and the Devonport End to relieve himself during Mansfield’s 3-0 League Two defeat to Plymouth.
A Plymouth supporter, who witnessed Yussuf’s actions, told local newspaper the Plymouth Herald what had occurred during the match:
‘During the first half of the match Mansfield substitute Adi Yussuf was warming up on the touchline right in front of the disabled zone (where I sit with my friend),’ they said.
‘He said something to Plymouth Argyle substitutes Rooney and Purrington before walking over to the piece of disused land between the disabled zone and the Devonport End and took a wee.’
