The 60-year-old (who, thanks to plastic surgery, looks nowhere near 60) will be featured on an upcoming cover of women’s fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar and posted the picture from the shoot on her Instagram account. The image shows Jenner, in an outfit clearly inspired by the circus, inside a circus tent. The star is strapped to a giant target most commonly used in circuses as part of a knife-throwing act where the target spins and the knife-thrower shows off their skill by always just narrowly avoiding the person in the middle.
Kris Jenner is apparently proud of the image, writing, “So excited to share my @harpersbazaarus feature! Shot by the incredible @terryrichardson, and styled by @joannahillman, hair by @petersavichair, makeup by @melaniemakeup. On Bazaar.com now and on newsstands Feb 16!! [sic]” Besides being the cover girl, the magazine also interviewed her, which she supplied the official summary for as well: “Target Practice. The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch opens up about her famous family and public backlash in our March 2016 issue, click the link in our bio to read her story now on BAZAAR.com.”
And even if fans don’t dig the photo, Jenner at least has the support of her family. Daughter Khloé Kardashian tweeted about the photo as well, writing, “My mama looks gorge! The ring leader/matriarch in @harpersbazaarus Life is meant to be lived! You’re doing just that. [sic]” With her family behind her, it looks like this is one photo shoot that is sure to hit its target with readers, whether they’re fans of Kris Jenner or not!
