Professor Green and Millie Mackintosh have split up after two years of marriage

Professor Green and Millie Mackintosh have split after two years of marriage.
The couple have confirmed that they have both decided to separate.
Issuing a joint statement to The Sun, they said: ‘It is with sadness and regret that we confirm our separation. It is a mutual decision, we still care deeply about each other and would like it to be known it is on amicable terms and we wish each other well.’
Professor Green, real name Stephen Manderson, married Millie in 2013 after getting engaged in March the same year.

Back in 2015 the Read All About It rapper confessed that the couple had been going for marriage counselling.
He told The Sun: Sometimes it’s easier to understand things when they come from the person who is completely removed from the situation.’
The Sun reports that neither Green or Millie, who are now said to be living apart, have filed for divorce.

A source told The Mirror: ‘It’s extremely sad that Millie and Stephen have decided to part ways, but they have managed to remain on the best of terms throughout their split and they are hopeful they will continue to do so.’
