Racist filmed hurling abuse at mother and two children is jailed

In the clip, Goldson was filmed racially abusing a black woman and her two young children, telling her to change her child’s nappy and that she had no right to be in the UK.
In the expletive-heavy footage, Goldson is heard saying to the woman: ‘You’ve obviously got a problem. She needs changing. You shouldn’t be in this country anyway.’
Another passenger asks: ‘Who shouldn’t be here?’
Goldson replies: ‘People who haven’t got a passport.’
One passenger is heard shouting; ‘That is so racist. You are disgusting, mate. You are disgusting.’
Goldston pleaded guilty at Maidstone Crown Court last Thursday and was jailed for 158 days and was slapped with fines and charges totalling £570.
It has now emerged that Goldson was returning from court for an almost-identical offence – and had a history of crime, having been banged up for mugging a woman in December.
