The boxing and rugby superstar is one of a number of celebrities who feature on a website that says his size, speed, and strength is "not all natural ability".
Men's Health Life, which is found through a Facebook link, says Williams uses a human growth hormone called 'Pure Muscle X' and a testosterone boosting supplement called 'Testerone XL'.
It claims that Williams "stands by his decision to take these supplements to help him burn fat and gain muscle".

Chris Hemsworth, Gerard Butler, Hugh Jackman and Mel Gibson are also said to use the products in combination.
Customers are urged to sign up for a free trial.
But Williams' agent Khoder Nasser told ONE News that he strongly rejects the allegations the website is making.
"Absolute rubbish. A company full of deception and mendacity!", Mr Nasser says.

The New Zealand Rugby Union is also siding with Williams, calling the website "bogus".
The New Zealand Rugby Professionals Players Supplements Protocol clearly states "players must declare and get approval for any supplements they want to take from the Designated Supplement Manager".
Women were thrusting their babies at Sonny Bill this afternoon, and he was giving some a little cuddle.
