Married at First Sight star Clare Verrall has said she's not offended by comments from husband Jono that she was not what he had "ordered" on the reality TV show but has threatened to reveal secrets of the show saying it's "highly edited".
The reality TV series which see psychologists match four strangers who meet for the first time at the altar.
Tradie Jono sent keyboard warriors into overdrive when,
after he saw Verrall walk down the aisle, he said in a cutaway interview
that "she is not what I ordered".
Verrall heard the comment for the first time and she has no hard
feelings towards the 28-year-old tradie for his line of thinking."If you have someone who has very strong idea of what you want and they give you the exact opposite, I get where he is coming from," Verrall told AAP.
"He wanted someone little and a brunette and I am not that.
"I am not offended by that but it sounded awkward."
But now Verrall has posted an explosive rant on
Instagram labelling the show as “highly edited” and that she can’t wait
for her contract to finish so she can finally “share all that went on”.
She was unhappy with how she was portrayed on the show.
“A HUGE thank you to all my wonderful friends, family &
even the extraordinarily large number of amazing strangers who have
offered me kind words of support this week. Watching last nights episode
was certainly difficult & very confronting,” Clare posted, after
viewers watched her and new hubby Jono get into a series of heated
arguments.
“I’m looking forward to my contract being up in 3 months
time so I can share all that went on, rather than the highly edited
versions that are shown during the ‘experiment’! Luckily I had some of
my closest friends & Dutchy there for support,” Clare wrote.
