wounds on Instagram. Fair warning: The photos are actually gruesome.

The 23-year-old pop star posted another photo of what appears to be a gash on her head...
And yet another of cuts up and down her arms, both captioned with the same expletive.
In more touching news, the Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz singer paid tribute to her dog, Floyd, on the two year anniversary of his death, remembering it as "the most f**ked up April Fools' joke of all time."
"I still haven't accepted that he is gone… Because
he isn't," she wrote. "He NEVER left. He is with me more now in spirit
than he could've ever been physically. Of course I wish I could hold
him... I miss his fur on my face but never, ever, ever will I forget my
very special baby boy."
Miley celebrated the 10 year anniversary of Hannah Montana by revealing her TV alter-ego is "chopped up into little pieces" and buried in her back yard.
