After only two episodes of The Bachelor NZ, another bachelorette's past has revealed she's not all she seems.
This season's resident mean girl and all around stirrer Naz,
has become so prolific in her trouble-making ways she's already earned
the title of "pushy Persian".
But it turns out, the Persian woman on a Kiwi dating show is actually from Brisbane.
Her official Bachelor profile claims she's a Christchurch landscaper from Hamilton, and originally Iran.
But track down her Facebook page - listed under her full
name Nazanin Khanjani - and that profile claims she lives in Brisbane
and is a professional body builder with a dedicated fitness Facebook
page.

"Naz was born in Iran. Her family moved to New Zealand when she was four years old," MediaWorks told Stuff on Wednesday.
"She went to school in Hamilton for 10 years, and then her family moved to Brisbane."
"She lived there for another 10 years, and after completing
high school, she worked in various roles, such as retail and modelling.
She returned to New Zealand four months ago to spend more time with
family."
The TV3 spokesperson said Naz is "currently working for her brother-in-law as a landscape gardener".
Naz's return to New Zealand conveniently coincides with The Bachelor NZ's shooting schedule.
She's not the first woman on The Bachelor to have a secret past revealed,
as it appeared more than a few of them have come from modelling and
acting backgrounds, including Freya Jones, Claudia
Conaglen, Danielle McGough and Alicia Cowan.
Rebecca Trelease was also revealed to not only have an
acting back ground, but is also writing a thesis on romance in reality
television.
