The vitriolic rapper (kinda) walked back some racist, homophobic remarks.
What do you know…Azealia Banks
is once again spewing hate-filled nonsense at the entire music
industry. However, this time she attempted to apologize after it cost
her a headlining performance. The key word here is “attempted.”
Yesterday, as we previously reported, Banks launched malicious attacks at Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Zayn Malik, Skai Jackson, MNEK and Nicki Minaj and it cost her the top spot at Rinse FM’s Born & Bred festival in the UK.
So today, Banks posted this since-deleted statement, which doesn’t feel much like an apology:
“Big apologies to anyone who was offended by
any of the things I said. Not sorry I said it. But sorry for the way I
made people feel.”
Then, she posted these screenshots, which we
guess is an attempt at explaining why she ripped so many fellow
performers to shreds.
Stay tuned for Azealia’s next barrage of disturbing and thoughtless comments.
