Justin Bieber is being sued for $100,000 for allegedly smashing up a mobile phone.
Biebs is being accused of destroying Robert
Earl Morgan's mobile phone when he tried to record footage of the singer
attempting to chug a beer bong.
According to the lawsuit filed by Morgan and
obtained by TMZ, Justin became "enraged, grabbed his cell phone and
smashed it to pieces".
He is suing for such a large amount because
the phone contained impossible to replace pictures, including those of
his grandmother's 100th birthday party and up to 5,000 images and videos
from his travels.
Bieber has yet to comment on the allegations.
