WOW, Sinead O’Connor just took things to a shocking new level! In a Facebook post, the singer claims Prince was doing drugs for years before his death on April 21…and that Aresnio Hall was supplying him with the paraphernalia!
Sinead O’Connor, 49, has made quite a shocking accusation against Arsenio Hall. The 49-year-old slammed Arsenio in a May 2 Facebook post, in which she alleges that he was supplying Prince with drugs for “decades” before the singer’s untimely death. Whoa!
“Two words for the DEA investigating where
prince got his drugs over the decades… Arsenio Hall (AKA Prince’s and
Eddie Murphy’s b****),” she wrote. “Anyone imagining prince was not a
long time hard drug user is living in cloud cuckoo land. Arsenio I’ve
reported you to the Carver County Sheriff’s office. Expect their call.
They are aware you spiked me years ago at Eddie murphy’s house. You bet
get tidying your man cave.”
The comedian’s camp caught wind of the post
quickly and made sure to diffuse the allegations. “The statement
regarding Arsenio Hall is absolutely false, ridiculous and absurd,” his
rep said in a statement to Daily News.
Prince’s tragic cause of death has yet to be revealed, but it has been reported that he had trouble with drugs, specifically the prescription pill Percocet, in the weeks leading up to his passing. Law enforcement officials confirmed that investigators were considering the possibility of an overdose while examining his cause of death, but the toxicology reports will take weeks to come back.
The “Purple Rain” singer actually wrote
Sinead’s biggest hit “Nothing Compares 2 U,” but she previously revealed
that the two didn’t have the best relationship. “I did meet him a
couple of times,” she admitted in 2014. “We didn’t get on at all. In
fact, we had a punch-up. He summoned me to his house — and it’s foolish
to do this to an Irish woman — he said he didn’t like me saying bad
words in interviews. So I told him to f*** off. He got quite violent. I
had to escape out of his house at 5 in the morning.” WHOA!
