Jason Segel is opening his doors to potential home buyers after listing his Los Feliz, Calif. hideaway. Trulia reports that the How I Met Your Mother
actor, who bought the four-bedroom, three-bedroom abode just last year,
is putting his private oasis up on the market for $1.599 million.
Sitting at 1,926 square feet, the bachelor pad
is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in one of the more hipster parts
of town near Hollywood. Surrounded by lush gardens and dense greenery,
the space features vaulted ceilings, a bright kitchen with stainless
steel appliances, a garage studio, a wine cellar, an outdoor kitchen,
and a massive master suite complete with its own walk-in closet.
In true hipster fashion, the house also has a
custom fireplace made with a steel mantel and reclaimed barn-wood
shelving and plenty of balconies and patio space for optimum outdoor
living.
