According to TMZ, the 53-year-old “Affair” actress was riding her bike around Marina del Rey, Calif. when a car clipped her back tire and she fell on the ground.
Photos obtained by the gossip site show Tierney laying on a patch of grass while waiting for paramedics to arrive on the scene. EMTs placed a neck brace on her before transferring her to a local hospital.
Police said the driver of the car was not believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and it was an accident.
