Chairman of the Presidential Committee on National Dialogue committee, Dr. Femi Okunrounmu on Friday disclosed that the report of his committee would be presented to President Goodluck Jonathan next Wednesday.

Okunrounmu made the disclosure when he featured on a radio programme, Rock City FM programme, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Explaining the delay behind the submission of the committee’s report which should have taken place by now, Mr. Okunrounmu attributed the development to Mr. Jonathan’s tight schedule.

“By next week, it is going to be presented. In fact, we target Wednesday, when we know that there will be the FEC meeting. So we are going to use the opportunity to present it before the meeting starts”, he said.

Okunrounmu also denied any break up in the committee, asserting that “there is no faction or division we are one and we worked as one”.

It would be recalled that a minority report allegedly prepared by a member of the committee, Chief Solomon Asemota, SAN, over disagreement on certain aspects of the report was sent directly to President Jonathan earlier in the week.
