There’s not much out there that’s more annoying than finding yourself with a dead cellphone and having no way to charge it. Yes, undoubtedly a first-world problem, but still a problem nonetheless.
Fortunately, the Crazy Russian Hacker has come up with a manner in which to use your phone’s car charger, a key, and a 9 volt battery to give your phone a quick charge in an emergency situation.
In his YouTube video, the hacker shows us that all we need to do is tape the key to the side of the charger where the thin metal strip is located, then connect the key to the negative (-) side of the battery while the piece of metal protruding from the end of the charger touches the positive (+) side of the battery, and just like that, your phone starts charging.
Some may scoff at doing something like this, but it could potentially be a life-saving trick should you ever find yourself in a sticky situation. This is also a much cheaper alternative to the portable battery cells on the market that do the same thing, but with a lot less tape of course.
