EXCLUSIVE: TrueBliss Reborn, the Pride of Ponsonby

By Vince Gooding
TrueBliss donned Greek goddess costumes and belted out a medley of covers and original songs at the Auckland Pride Parade on Saturday night.

Joe Cotton, Erika Takacs, Megan Alatini and Keri Harper wound back the clock and talked about how far they've come since those early days.
"This means more to us than people realise," Megan Alatini said, as she made the most of the reformation of her beloved group.
"I've needed to calm my nerves today," Joe Cotton added before the gig, sipping on wine from a paper cup.
But there were no nerves evident once the parade kicked off with TrueBliss on the last float.

After two hours on Ponsonby Road performing their set to thousands of Aucklanders, the girl group, considerably older and wiser, finished with a nostalgic show that brought the curtain down on what was a memorable Pride Parade for 2016.
