A railway cat is ending a successful three-year career at a popular train station after being reunited with his owner.
Brian started off as a stray cat three years ago but over the years, he became a popular fixture at St Albans station in Hertfordshire, welcoming thousands of commuters with his friendly purrs.
He even had his own cushion and was often treated by rush-hour commuters on their way home.
A microchip check revealed his real name was Obama and he had gone missing three years ago during a trip from London with his owner.

Team leader at St Albans, Tasha Hodges, said the popular cat quickly became part of the fixtures and fittings of the station.
She said: ‘Brian, as we called him, slept either on the station seat or in his box. We would go out and get cat food and biscuits for him weekly and with kind donations from our passengers as well, he never went hungry.’
Ms Hodges added: ‘Brian was taken to the vets for fleas and the microchip was discovered. He had been missing for three years following a trip to St Albans with his owner, a woman from London.
‘We all hope Brian/Obama is settling in nicely back at home.’
