A couple was totally oblivious to their surrounding as they are seen kissing right through an armed robbery. This heist went down only feet away from where they were locked in the gaze of love, but didn't look up once. The Billings, Montana, casino and bar surveillance video caught the armed robbery on camera, but the stars of this crime in progress video were the kissing couple.
News Max
reports on April 14, that a trio of two men and a woman storm the Tap
Inn wearing gloves and bandanas. The bartender opens the cash drawer and
throws his hands up in the air, as the other patrons at the bar put
their hands up too, except for the couple that couldn’t keep their hands
off each other.
Still locked in love’s embrace, the couple is mugging it up as the
bartender and the other patrons look visibly shaken as they are in the
middle of a robbery. The robbers appeared just as oblivious to the
kissing couple as the couple was to them. ABC News
today describes the couple as "lip-locked," and that is about all they
did through the crime, which was a dangerous situation since the robbers
were armed.
When the robbers left with an undisclosed amount of money,
you can see the bartender call 911. But once again, the couple remain so
engrossed by one another, they never came up for air to see what was
happening. As you can see on the video above, they do finally look up
and seem to realize that there are armed people leaving the building.
They are probably not going to make the best of witnesses
when the police go through the folks at the bar asking them questions
about the crime. If police watch the video before questioning witnesses,
they’d know why the couple didn’t see a thing. No one was hurt, except
for some possible sore lips, but that's about it!
