latest and greatest home giveaway from the sweepstakes specialists.
With the 2016 Home and Garden Television's Dream Home winner
about to visit his new Merritt Island property in sunny Florida this
week for winner's weekend, it is the perfect time for HGTV to launch their next sweepstakes promotion: The 2016 Smart Home Sweepstakes.
The HGTV Blog announced
on April 12 that the wait was over for those eager to enter to win "a
sophisticated Southern retreat in Raleigh, North Carolina that is
finally completed, urging everyone to start entering to win as of today.
Entrants will have the opportunity to throw their name into the ring up
to two times per day; once on the Home and Garden Television website
and once on the DIY Network site, just like Dave Rennie did from his
dialysis chair before Tiffany Brooks popped into his church to let him
know that his name was drawn out of 127 million entries.
This year's Smart Home 2016 Sweepstakes winner could be
anybody, but it will definitely not be someone who has not entered, so
don't forget to throw your name in the giveaway hat if you could use a
new home, car and some cash around the end of June, when the television
show conglomerate plans to surprise their newest home winner.
The winning prize this year includes a total prize package
valued at over $1.2 million ($901,685. if you take the cash-out option
in lieu of the home), and it includes a 2016 Mercedes Benz GLC as well
as $100,000 and a high-tech tricked out 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home.
This year's smart home winner is sure to enjoy receiving a luxury SUV that is as high-tech as the home they will win, since the Mercedes Benz GLC is
so smart that it can "read your handwriting," according to the Home and
Garden folks. And getting an influx of money at the same time can't
