Don’t mess with Yolanda Foster’s daughter.
“No one has proven yet that numbers of followers translates to revenue, so it is frustrating,” Romijn told Entertainment Tonight when
asked about the new generation of models. “I know a lot of people —
legitimate fashion people — can’t stand it. Hate it that these, you
know, social media stars are now the supermodels in fashion. They are
not true supermodels.”
Foster decided stick up for her daughter and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. “Kind, hard working and accomplished more at half your age in the fashion industry,” she tweeted at the X-Men actress. “It’s THEIR hard work and daily commitment to their profession that got them where they R today #NoParentsInvolved.”
It seems, however, that Romijn is not taking Foster’s comments too seriously. She later tweeted, “Woohoo! Twitter beef cherry popped! you ❤️ @YolandaHFoster @Andy.”
